For the month of March, it marks the celebration of Women's History Month. As a woman, we all have stories that makes us who we are. We all have our dreams and passions that keeps us going forward.

There are countless inspirational women now more than ever and we wanted to contribute to this factor as well.

Originally, we wanted to make you a blog post about what does it mean to be a woman and basing a company around women. However, we decided that it would be best to hear it from our founder herself.

Designing a collection when your workshop is in another country is a challenge. The way I have overcome this obstacle is by taking trips to South America for two weeks twice a year. In my designs trips, I visit all of our providers, walk artisan markets, and work on improving our production techniques.

It has taken a while for me to start writing this blog. I could attribute its delay (latency doesn’t fit right for me- just my opinion!!), to lack of time, resources or knowledge about blogging (yes! I am one of those few  millennials a little behind on this), but I would be lying.
